The majority of debt recovery cases are settled in court, but the length and cost of the procedures vary depending on the complexity of the case. These range from common civil claims and payment order proceedings to small claims procedure for debts under €2,000 (10,000 RON), which benefit from a faster resolution.
We take a strategic approach to planning the best measures for our clients, preventing them from suffering irreparable harm or having their rights undermined while their legal proceedings are ongoing.
